We are looking for a Business Sales Manager, who can own the sales funnel of Business customers in Estonia.
🔨 What will you do:
- Identify, qualify and convert leads into paying clients using outbound sales activities.
- Own the entire sales pipeline in Estonia from lead collection to closing of the contracts.
- Set personal targets based on the company's growth goals.
- Build meaningful relationships with business customers by listening to their needs.
🎓 Qualities that we are looking for:
✅ Two or more years of sales experience with a solid track record.
✅ Ability to connect with senior level decision makers and communicate with them efficiently.
✅ Persistence to drive the sales process from plan to a close.
✅ Talent to listen to your customers and give insightful feedback how faster delivery helps their business.
✅ Ability to quickly grasp our business metrics and understand the industry challenges.
