Paulius joined the ZITICITY leadership team as Head of Operations on 2022 May 11th. He has had a long career in e-commerce and last-mile deliveries.
Paulius was on the initial founding team of Trobos.lt - the newest e-commerce business by Vilniaus Prekyba. He had the role of Head of Operations there and took a significant part in growing "Trobos" from the idea to a large working business. Earlier, he also was COO of "Foodout" - largest food delivery platform in Lithuania and Latvia at that time.
"Our priority for this year is to strengthen same-day market leader position through the growth of evening deliveries and mass roll-out of same-day to parcel lockers. Paulius brings the right experience and necessary ambition to scale our capacity maintaining the current 98% on-time delivery rate. The operations team makes sure that beauty products from "Douglas", clothing from "Membershop", snacks from "Chazz Chips" and anything else you buy online are delivered on time and seamlessly. At ZITICITY Paulius will lead the Operations Team and will own process development, customer support, capacity planning and an efficient last-mile, so that ZITICITY customers get the best in market delivery speed, accuracy and customer experience.
