We’re building the future of e-commerce logistics – one simple solution for express or same-evening deliveries, that are conveniently brought to your door and in a sustainable way. This year we boost our investments in electric cars and partnered with national post companies to offer same-day deliveries to parcel lockers.
Right now, we are looking for an Fleet team lead to join our team in Latvia. You will maintain our internal processes so that customers experience the highest quality of services and our organization achieves the required operational metrics. You will also lead local operations teams that will help you to achieve the objectives.
🔨 What will you do?
Ensure enough supply to support our SLAs goals by defining the fleet mix of Hired couriers, Fleet parents and self-employed couriers. Including, optimizing both couriers and vehicles utilization and costs.
Courier fleet strategic planning
Ownership of courier funnel and onboarding content
Courier engagement and retention strategy
Maintaining the required courier supply to meet demand for deliveries
Aligning courier fees/incentives with business goals of the company
Implementation of the appropriate quality standards (age check, thermal, alco)
Accountability for unit economics and fleet efficiency
Partnerships with Fleet Partners and their performance quality assurance
Strategy for vehicle acquisition, rentals and maintenance.
Courier onboarding and reporting compliance
Fleet legal compliance
